Wedding Inquiries

Please inquire early to avoid disappointment as some dates will book up quickly. We only take a limited amount of weddings in a week so we can be focused on providing our couples with their dream desserts! We will try to set up your tasting date as soon as possible but please expect at least 2 weeks before receiving a quote, especially during holiday seasons.

Please note: We will not work with any individuals other than the couple when it comes to ordering/discussing desserts for a wedding. This is to ensure that we are speaking directly with the couple to understand their vision and eliminate confusion when it comes to communication. If the couple is not local, we will set up a phone consultation to discuss your order and any details. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tasting To Go Boxes

We are currently not holding in person tastings but instead are setting up Tasting To Go Boxes for our inquiring couples. Please choose 3 flavors from our menu that you would like to try along with your general availability for pick up and we will get back to you with the soonest date available for pick up. From there, we can set up a day and time for you to come in for a consultation to discuss details! **Design Inspiration** To ensure correct color and design, please email pictures, drawings, color samples, etc. to gingersnapsbakeryri@gmail.com with your name and the same subject you provided on your form. **Photo Policy** Please note the file size limit. We want great and clear images, but also want them to be a manageable files size. Due to color variations between different printers and monitors, specific color matching can only be achieved by bringing a physical color swatch into the bakery. In the absence of a physical swatch, we will do our best to match the colors rendered by our printers. Thanks! Once a request is received Gingersnaps Bakery will make every effort to contact you as quickly as possible. Orders are NOT added to the bakery calendar and processed until details are confirmed, a quote is given, and payment is received. Completing this quote form does not obligate you to a purchase nor constitute an order. We do not directly replicate any images by other bakeries but will instead render a cake in the style consistent with our previous body of original work and using other photos as inspiration.
